  Despite all the bad reviews (mostly old management at this point) this isn't a bad place to live. Maintenance is quick and efficient, management handles concerns and complaints quickly, the units aren't the most stellar but they are far nicer than anywhere else in this price range.

  first of all, the sign says Boulder Ridge Luxury Apartments as you enter the complex. Highly untrue... these apartments are far from luxury living. we had numerous bad experiences with management and maintenance. we waited several months for our oven to be fixed. when they finally did come out, they said they didnt have the right part and that they would order it and call back in about a week. that call never came. we also asked to be notified when they were coming to maintenance other things, again, that never happened. they came in our apartment 3 times without notice. even after being notified that we wanted a heads up. we moved to a real luxury apartment. the price at boulder ridge is nice but thats about it....you get what you pay for
